We partnered with the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers to create an impactful video campaign highlighting their national apprenticeship competition.

Over three days, we captured the journey of talented Boilermaker graduates from across Canada as they competed in various events, culminating in the crowning of one national winner.

Our team provided full-service production, including event coverage, interviews, and post-production editing,

to deliver engaging video content that resonated with the
Boilermakers’ members and broader audience.

The videos were used to promote pride
and solidarity within the union, attract potential apprentices and demonstrate the value of union-backed training programs to stakeholders
